Building a Generational Legacy

Meet Our Team

Steward & Lead Craftsman

Damon Boyd

Joshua Boyd

David has spent much of his life working in construction and skilled trades. Over the years, he has built homes, worked across multiple trades, and spent many years in the HVAC industry, developing a deep knowledge of craftsmanship, problem-solving, and quality work through real-world experience.

When Damon decided to pursue his dream of building his own business, David came alongside him, bringing years of experience, knowledge, and craftsmanship to help bring that vision to life. Combining their experience, shared values, and passion for the work, they built Heartland Rebuilders with a commitment to honesty, quality, and serving people well.

Senior Craftsman

David Boyd

Jamey Boyd

Joshua is the next generation of hands-on craftsmanship in the family. He’s actively learning the trade while working alongside Damon and David in the field, gaining experience across a variety of construction and skilled work.

He has a natural interest in metalwork, bringing a different but complementary skillset to the team. While much of the work around him focuses on wood and general construction, Joshua is drawn to shaping and working with metal—adding a unique dimension to his developing craft.

As he continues to grow, he remains focused on learning, building experience, and developing his skills with the same values the business is built on: hard work, integrity, and pride in doing things well.

Apprentice

For Damon, construction has always been a part of life. From a very young age, he spent time on job sites with his dad, where he developed a love for building, working with his hands, and learning the value of hard work and craftsmanship.

Over the years, he continued learning different trades through hands-on experience and spent nearly 20 years working as a maintenance supervisor / builder for a large ranching operation. There, he used and strengthened those same skills every day.

Building and fixing things has never just been a job to him—it’s simply who God designed him to be. In 2022, he decided to take a step of faith and build something of his own. By joining forces with his dad, they combined years of experience and a shared passion for craftsmanship to start Heartland Rebuilders.

Marketing, Media and Operations Support

Jamey helps bring things to life beyond the job site by handling social media, photography, website design, and overall presentation of the business. She focuses on capturing the work being done and sharing it in a way that reflects the heart, craftsmanship, and integrity behind each project.

Growing up around the construction industry with a grandfather who was also a home builder, she has long understood the value of hard work, skill, and doing things with care and purpose.

She sees her role as a way to serve the family and the business by using her gifts to support what her family is building with their hands. Her desire is to help tell the story of Heartland Rebuilders in a way that reflects faith, family, and the purpose behind the work.

Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant

Kelcey Edwards

Kelcey serves as the bookkeeper for Heartland Rebuilders, handling the financial and administrative side of the business with care, accuracy, and consistency. With many years of experience in bookkeeping and office management, she helps keep the business organized, steady, and running smoothly behind the scenes.

More than just numbers and records, Kelcey plays an important role in helping the team stay on track day to day. She brings clarity to the details, supports the bigger picture, and shares in the vision and values of the business, serving as both a steady source of encouragement and a grounding presence for the team.
